• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
• Report any suspicious activities or security breaches immediately

4. Loan Facilitation

Partners acknowledge that:

• SureBucks reserves the right to approve or reject any loan application
• Loan terms and conditions are determined solely by SureBucks
• Partners are responsible for the accuracy of client information submitted
• Commission rates are subject to change with prior notice

5. API Usage

Partners using our API must:

• Adhere to rate limits and usage guidelines
• Implement proper security measures for API key storage
• Not share API credentials with unauthorized parties
• Report any API security vulnerabilities immediately

6. Data Protection

Partners must comply with all applicable data protection laws and ensure that:

• Client data is collected with proper consent
• Personal information is handled securely
• Data is used only for the purposes disclosed

7. Fees and Payments

Partners agree to the following payment terms:

• Commission payments are processed according to the agreed schedule
• SureBucks may deduct applicable fees and charges
• Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations

8. Termination

SureBucks reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or suspicious activities
• Non-compliance with KYC requirements
• Extended periods of inactivity

9. Limitation of Liability

SureBucks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

10. Changes to Terms

SureBucks reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
